Honestly would give zero stars if I could. First there was a pickup problem. The lockbox code was not even sent until after my pickup time. Also, the wrong lockbox code was sent. It took a couple minutes for him to respond and send the correct code. The prius was also dirty as hell. During our correspondence, Anthony admitted that the car should not have been given to me in the condition it was. There were straw wrappers in the car, and pretty dusty everywhere. I didn't really mind that. The main thing was the exterior. The windshield was so smeared that even after wiping it multiple times, it was still dirty. This was bad while driving especially when the sun was shining since it caused a worse glare. There was also hundreds on bugs still on the front bumper. You can tell how much he cares about the rentals because a spider built a web near the floor of the passenger seat. I'm not expecting the rental to be fully detailed, but at least have it clear enough to see. Anthony did not do anything to remedy this situation. He only offered a discount on the next rental with him or to return the car for a full refund. How can I just return the car if I already had my days planned out and was already a couple hours from where I picked up the car? He said he could not give a partial refund due to "low earnings on this trip" lol. Lastly, during drop off he again changed the lockbox code without informing me. I had to message him to get the right code once again. Great way to run a business.

The lockbox code was sent before your pickup time that is incorrect on your part. The car condition was greatly exaggerated. Our vehicles are cleaned before every rental and other renters have had zero issues. It was clear you wanted free days, not a real resolution. We still offered a discount AND a full refund, both of which you refused. We handled this fairly and stand by it.
