Car pickup was from a very sketchy location, car was beat up with scrapes, dents, tears on the inside and when you get on the freeway it clunks from the back left side…. Complained to Turo and they only issued me a partial refund even tho I returned the car right away.
Terrible. Stay away.
Guest returned the vehicle shortly after pickup claiming mechanical issues, warning lights, bald tires, and suspension noise. When asked for photos or evidence, none was provided. Turo also requested documentation, which was never submitted. The tires were recently purchased and had plenty of tread remaining. Vehicle condition was accurately disclosed and documented prior to the trip.

Pickup/dropoff was super easy! This car served me well during my month in LA. The vehicle isn't luxurious, but a very practical choice and has great gas mileage. Perfect for my needs, I would book again.
