so much of a better option than getting a rental car from the airport! It's a perfect car did what I needed to do! Jake and Elliot were both responsive quickly whenever I had a question. Would definitely rent from them again.

Host tried to scam me out of extra money; tried to say I didn’t fill the tank up but good thing I had pictures. Make sure if you rent from this host you take pictures.

Guest returned the vehicle with less than a full tank, which was also visible in her checkout photos. She disputed the refueling charge, and we communicated back and forth for several days to explain. When we couldn’t reach a resolution, the matter was escalated to Turo. After review, Turo confirmed the tank was not filled back up and upheld the charge. We have 3 gas stations within a half mile of us. We recommend refueling close to drop off to avoid unnecessary charges.
