This was my first time using Turo. It was a terrible experience and I won’t be using this app again. My trip was cancelled right when my plane landed and even though the Co-host was very friendly, it took extra time to get me my car when I asked why I was cancelled. This was all understandable as the situation was out of their control, but the car was not up to the standard I paid for. Blown speakers, so no music, radio or Bluetooth, a brake system alert that didn’t go away, and low tire pressure. All in all, a very bad start to a stressful trip already.

Very clean rental. Very easy to locate the parking he feel economic of the vehicle was above and beyond.
