Phenomenal service from the host! Car battery died early for our trip and he was able to help us out and give us another car while it was getting taken care of!

Overall the car was fine. Pickup location was not at airport as selected on the reservation. It was at offsite parking and required a shuttle (Parking Spot 1). While it was only a 7-8 minute drive, it ended up being much more time consuming and required finding shuttle pickup, waiting on a shuttle, then taking the time to get to the location, & finally get to the car. When selecting airport pickup, it should be at an airport parking lot. Drop off is also tedious. We had to build in an additional 35 minutes just to return the car that we wouldn’t have had to do at the airport. This is due to waiting on a shuttle once you park & actually getting to the airport.
The car is also in need of some repair. The rear view mirror has visible electronics and is missing a plastic cover. The sunglasses holder doesn’t close-which seems harmless but it directly blocks part of your rear view mirror. It’s super dangerous and a hazard.
Overall the car was fine and the host was responsive. I however do not think I would rent again mostly due to the parking. I have picked up at Phoenix airport before with Turo and never had this issue.
