Car was not ready for scheduled pickup time. Car was over 20 minutes late. Car desperately needs an oil change.

I take vehicle maintenance seriously and expect feedback to be fair, accurate, and based on the actual condition of the vehicle and the applicable policies.
The 20-minute delay was due to an accident on the way like I informed you and was within Turo’s 30-minute grace period. Regarding the oil change, the service sticker and vehicle mileage clearly showed that it was not overdue.
