Car was perfect for our trip. Clean and super efficient on gas. Mileage was more than enough for our round trip to the Grand Canyon, Sedona, and back to Phoenix. Host was very responsive and accommodating. Quickly assisting with added days and answering questions. I would definitely rent again.

This vehicle was in poor condition and clearly behind on maintenance. The brakes and suspension were creaking. The wiper blades were ineffective and made driving in the rain dangerous. The rear windshield is hazy due to failing tint, making visibility out of it very difficult.
The car was not cleaned prior to pickup, and there were personal items left inside from previous renters. Additionally, the lockbox was malfunctioning and needs to be replaced, as it made the pickup/drop off process unnecessarily difficult.
