This was my second Turo experience. They have both been more difficult than expected, but that may have more to do with my expectations than anything to do with the product. The PHX “airport” pickup for the Taycan was more of a process than previewed. The lot is a few miles from the terminals and this created a problem given tight personal deadlines coinciding with a late flight arrival. The main point is the pickup location could have been better explained pre-reservation, perhaps? Still willing to accept responsibility here. Upon arrival at the lot, the indicated parking spot number was incorrect, causing a further delay. Honest mistake obviously, but it didn’t help and the host wasn’t immediately contactable. Eventually everything worked, however. The car needs some attention and could use a check-in at the Porsche dealership. The suspension sounds compromised and the leather is peeling off the dashboard - it looks
