Sketchy location and initial car smelled and had cracked windshield

The Nissan Sentra was clean, in great condition, and came with a full tank of gas. The owner was super friendly and responsive, making everything easy and stress-free. I had a great experience and would definitely book this car again the next time I’m in Arizona.

Car was in excellent condition! Convenient pickup and drop off, and customer service was quick and helpful throughout my whole trip. Will definitely rent again when I’m back in the area!

The car overall was great price was decent but my experience getting the car wasn’t so good both drop off and pick up was a hassle you’ll have to wait for an employee to open the gate but they are NEVER on time I waited a hour and a half after my reservation to get the car because they were late and still needed to clean the car and drop off well me and someone else finally got irritated and just opened the gate ourselves and dropped car and keys off so not a horrible experience but I’m not to sure if I’d want to deal with that again especially not with that type of pick up process it sucked because I took a Lyft there so I was just standing outside waiting.
