This was the first time I have used TURO. The process was so slick and easy. I will be using TURO again when I travel. My brother-in-law recommended this app to me. What I loved about it was how many car options we had to choose from for the Phoenix airport, and that the total price you pay is shown. There are no extra fees or taxes on top of what your quote is.

AC in the vehicle was not great

Loved my shiny blue little 2025 Nissan Sentra. Drove all over Arizona like a champ. Only thing I'd improve is I'd suggest giving a map to the pickup parking lot. I came at night, a woman wandering around by myself the side streets. It was tricky figuring out.

car was a little dirty, pickup location was sketchy, had to return it at 4am and the gates were locked so we had no idea how to return the keys, had to walk on a main road to get back towards the sky train.
