Car was dirty on delivery ,windows barely could see out them from them rushing to get the it clean just streaks everywhere.
The car was damaged all along passenger side . Pretty embarrassing . Wouldnt recommend this company. I had better experience through Turo but this was just a shame . Felt embarrassed driving around a damage car specially for the amount I paid . There pictures of their cars arnt accurate if I knew the car had damage I wouldn’t even bothered but for them to falsely advertise there car is a shame . I wouldn’t recommend them to my friends or family . And when I tried to get ahold of somebody 3-4 people answered . I’d rather rent a car from somebody that isn’t a corporate platform
With a fleet of cars if I would have known it was like this I wouldn’t even botherd to rent from them . I had the best experience when someone had 1-2 cars not a fleet

Communication to every of this trio sucked! Picture of lock box and vehicle was all wrong! Need to update that or get a better host to communicate with!

communication was okay, i was left on “read”
after asking for directions. the ac would go out when the car wasn’t moving. overall okay experience.

Smoking in any Turo vehicle will result in a $150 fine
