Key malfunctioned within 36hrs leaving me stranded multiple times even after replacing the battery. In addition the physical key hadn't been slotted so it was functionally useless.

Host response was great. A little problem with key fob. I think the battery was going out. Plus the key insert wasn’t secure. On next to last day the middle air vents stopped working. I reported both issues to the host.
