Excellent service and super friendly staff. Car was clean aside from the front windshield. I just purchased glass wipes and cleaned it up.

The price point was good but beware you get what you pay for with auto spot Phoenix. When we picked up the car, it had a very strong smell of marijuana that did not go away for days. My main issue is the drop off and pick up location —first of all it is a bit outside the airport and you have to build in an extra 20 minutes for pick up and drop off. Also, the lot is very sketchy, lined with rocks and not paved so trying to get your rolling suitcase in and out is it difficult task. Also, if you have a stroller or a wheelchair or disability, good luck. In addition, the lot was filled with piles of junk and random people wandering around. The dropbox for the key was broken too. This ride actually turned me off of Turo unfortunately.
