Honestly one of the worst rental experiences I’ve had.
Picked up the car and it reeked of cigarettes and weed—like not subtle at all, it hit immediately. Interior was dirty too: crumbs everywhere, panels and trim peeling/cracking, just not taken care of.
I messaged the host right away about the smell hoping for some kind of solution… no response. Just completely ghosted. I ended up dealing with it the whole trip.
When returning the car, I dropped it off early (around 7am) and sent a request to adjust the return time so I wouldn’t get charged for the extra day. Ignored again, request expired.
Then I realized I left a sweatshirt in the car—reached out, and again, no response.
Zero communication, poor vehicle condition, and overall just a frustrating experience. Definitely not what you expect when booking.

Car ran smoothly. Everything was working. Only downside was the cigarette smell. Although not bad but was noticeable. Good experience.
