The car was nice, clean, and exactly what we needed for our trip. Pickup and drop-off were very smooth, and Mike’s instructions were detailed and easy to follow.
Our flight landed after the parking area’s normal 8:00 PM closing time, but Mike went above and beyond to make sure the garage manager stayed until we could pick up the car around 10:30 PM. We really appreciated his help and flexibility.
