Worst experience I’ve ever had on here.
1 car was unbelievably filthy I felt so disgusted just sitting in it white stains all over seats I shortened the remainder of my trip
2. Communication was poor. Late responses , no empathy for how filthy the car was Turo had to issue me a credit.
3. Need to communicate clearly instructions on the card needed to enter and leave parking garage because it wasn’t was stuck in parking lot for almost an hour.
4. Car needs work air pressure light and headlight warnings are on didn’t feel comfortable driving.
Just overall horrible experience.
