Had a GREAT trip with this Beautiful car! The color is beautiful in the sunlight and it drives like a dream! The best part is the car gets crazy gas mileage, I really need to get a hybrid... Car was amazing, very clean, and well taken care of and is so simple to get and return! You won't regret renting this car.

Great experience renting Jonathan’s red Sonata — clean, comfortable, and ready to go right on time. Jonathan was quick to respond and welcoming throughout, and the car was staged and waiting exactly as promised.
My one piece of feedback: simple yes/no questions — like whether the car would be ready at pickup — consistently came back as restatements of Turo policy rather than a direct answer. As a result, I had no firm confirmation the car would even be there until about three hours before pickup. It worked out fine in the end, but clearer, more direct responses earlier on would have made the process a lot less stressful.
