Nice car smooth pickup and drop off. Host is friendly and quickly answers any questions since this was my first time renting from Turo.

The rental was a bit of a mixed bag. It was easy to locate the vehicle and pick it up. All the parties involved in renting the vehicle were very nice. The car itself was reliable. The problem was that I received a vehicle with 2 bad tires, one of which was close to blowing and possibly endangering me. I spent 2 afternoons getting it fixed. Also, the right front low beam light wasn’t working. On a 2018 things can wrong. Inspect the car before you take possession is my advice.
