From start to finish the communication with this host was terrible, when I arrived to retrieve the car the battery was dead and undrivable - after reaching out to the host multiple times and being sent to voicemail she didn’t end up responding until an hour later, she also proceeded to ignore Turos calls as well. I never received an apology for what happened and instead she was rude and short with her responses - all she cared about was the car and handled this extremely unprofessionally. As well the car had stains on the seats and roof that weren’t included in the pictures. Luckily Turos customer service took care of everything with getting a replacement car and apologized multiple times but this was the worst experience. Extremely poor service and lack of sympathy for a situation I believe she was aware of.
