Car quality was great; location was fine; the host had committed to an earlier pickup than what I originally scheduled via messages, but then on day-of did not deliver that. Gave me no warning that he wasn’t going to do it and did not acknowledge or apologize for dropping the ball when I messaged him confused about the car’s status. Better customer service and transparency are necessary.
