All in all I would not rent from this company again. The upside was that the host was quick to respond and we were able to book last minute. The downsides: the car was old, required a weird way to turn the car on (the key has to be in the cup holder) and did not have a functioning lock so we couldn’t leave anything in the car. The door handle was broke and the steering wheel had plastic pieces missing where the volume buttons were.
