Car was okay. Very squeaky rear driver door, but car was solid and drove fine. No backup camera if that’s important to u. Car speaker was so quiet I ended up taking my phone off Bluetooth and using my cell speaker for calls while driving (when u turn the knob clockwise for more volume it actually turns the volume down!).
Was NOT a fan of the pickup/dropoff location. U take the PHX Skytrain to 44th st and then have to walk about a block (there’s not even a sidewalk the whole way, so if u have luggage it’s not easy) to a gravel lot with chain link fence around it. When I returned it to the same location this evening, the lot was chained/padlocked shut, so I had to msg the host, park on the street next to it, and I waited in the car for my uber cuz it doesn’t strike me as the safest location (deserted, not well lit…). Host was nice and responsive but just not a fan of the car location at all.

thank you for your feedback Lee. I believe in the car description it mentioned to use the volume control buttons on the steering wheel because of the knob on the radio is little sensitive. I noticed that the back door is squeaking and I will get that greased so that will no longer be an issue
Pick up and drop off instructions were clear. Contact with the host was efficient as well. The AC felt great in that Arizona heat! Upon pick up the exterior was very dusty and the Bluetooth connection didn’t work. This car felt older on the road too but overall, it was great and would book again.
