Other than confusion picking up key at start of rental as well as dropping off key at end of rental, everything else was as expected.

The Buick Verano was a bit older car but everything worked well and it got decent MPG. We ended up extending and the approval came quickly. Overall great rental. I would absolutely rent again from Jake.
