It started with us arriving to the airport and no direction with where our car was until 3 minutes until we were supposed to start our rental, thus I would have been willing to get over if we had a good experience but. The car is is way way worse shape than the pictures show, the host did not respond in a timely manner(we tried to message him numerous times about issues with the car and he failed to ever respond) the car had an issue with the chassis system (from when we picked it up, we were never able to put it into sport mode the entire 5 days due to this issue), all of the tires were low on psi when we arrived to the car and they all have a slow leak that we had to fill multiple times. The car was dirty inside and smelled, it has scratches, dents, peeling paint, carbon fiber missing on the front bumper, scratched wheels (super scratched, told us that the previous person scratched his wheels and he had them fixed for $300 per wheel, made sure to tell us not to do the same because it’s expensive). Finally he requested we “wash the car for him, as it will make us his favorite renters”. Every single message he sent us was a pre-typed out message that he didn’t put any thought into.
Way way worse condition than advertised. We were not happy at all with this experience, because of this we will never use Turo again.

Alex was an amazing host with an amazing vehicle! Rented the car for the week and enjoyed every bit of it. Had a blast driving up to Sedona and the car felt great in the mountains. Highly recommend this vehicle to anyone who is looking for a fun sporty car for a weekend. Alex made the pickup and drop off super simple with easy to follow instructions and gave all the information needed. Will definitely be renting again in the future!
