Disappointing experience. Within an hour of picking up the car, the tire began losing air, ultimately requiring a tow and replacement. I was left to coordinate everything and pay >$500 out of pocket. The owner offered no assistance and was unresponsive when I reached out about reimbursement. Ultimately, the owner benefited from a brand-new tire at my expense. Very frustrating experience and disappointing lack of customer service.
