I booked a Kia Soul with a scheduled pickup at 12:00 AM. When I arrived at 12:33 AM, the vehicle was not there. I immediately contacted the host, who then informed me that the car was unavailable.
Instead of providing the vehicle I reserved, the host attempted to push me into renting a BMW as a replacement. This was not an acceptable substitute for my needs. I specifically chose the Kia Soul because it provides adequate space for my two children and a stroller. The BMW does not offer the same level of practicality or comfort for my situation.
This last-minute change was extremely inconvenient and unprofessional, especially given the late hour and the fact that I was traveling with children. The host did not make a reasonable effort to provide a comparable vehicle or properly accommodate my reservation.

Car was as described:) Host was extremely reachable and not completely unreasonable. Had an issue along the way but it was at no fault of the host (just a routine thing). Light and notification came on after the pickup. I was slightly displeased with Turo’s way of calculating(not the host). Overall I would recommend.

This was a good trip. I was able to book and pick up the car quickly and smoothly. The car did have a little bit of a lingering smell, maybe from the past driver, but other than that it drove smoothly. The host was extremely responsive, sometimes answering my questions in SECONDS. Would definitely recommend renting from these guys!
