Great, clean and well maintained vehicle. Host is a great communicator and genuinely interested in insuring my enjoyment and safety.

The car was perfect for our trip around Phoenix. Having the top down the whole time was awesome. Car pick up and drop off was super easy. Shuttle takes you right to and from the lot. Would definitely rent again?

Let me start by saying the car itself was great, and we had a blast driving it around. On the third day, the car had an alert pop up saying low oil -refill immediately and by the time we had the car pulled over the check engine light came on and it alerted to oil pressure being low and engine overheating. The host was unreachable. We called road side assistance through Turo and the car had to be towed- let it be known Turo also could not reach host. When the host finally got back to us, it was with a simple text that he could not help he was out of town. He refused to give us a phone call. Trying to navigate the tow truck was difficult. It wasn’t picked up for over 5 hours. We were left with no vehicle- missed our tee time at an extremely hard to get into golf course and had to uber back into town at our expense. This cost us well over 500 with all charges considered. The host refuses to communicate and will not refund. At on our return date we get a message from host on return instructions and multiple late return alerts. We are unable to complete check out because Turo had the car towed to their facility. Such an unfortunate circumstance. This could have been prevented with proper maintenance and at the very least respectful communication. Would not rent with this individual.
