Great car! Had some issues with the sensors for tire pressure and maintenance alert of some sort. But otherwise, enjoyed the rental! Thanks again!

Before my trip, the hosts reached out to ask if I would be traveling out of state so they could make sure the vehicle's maintenance was up to date, which I appreciated. Shortly after pickup, a service light came on. I messaged the host, and they assured me it was related to the windshield replacement.
Unfortunately, while I was in Nevada, the Audi's check engine light came on, and I had to pull over and park it. The host responded promptly, arranged to have the vehicle towed to the nearest repair shop, and remained professional and accommodating throughout the situation. However, I was without the vehicle for three days during my vacation, which was a major inconvenience and significantly impacted my trip.
Once the repairs were completed, I was able to drive the vehicle back to Arizona without any further issues. While I appreciate how responsive and helpful the hosts were in handling the situation, the mechanical failure created a major disruption to my vacation.
A water pump failed, car had 60k miles. Literally impossible to predict that.
I over paid for the repair so she wasn’t stranded. I could have saved over $1000 on the water pump repair had I just towed it back to Arizona.
But that wouldn’t have been right.
