The car was great. Communication was great. Cost me $29 to get the vehicle out of the garage and I had to take a shuttle to get to it.

First of all Steve I appreciate you booking the Audi and caring for it while in your possession. Curious why the rating was only 4⭐️! You say communication was great and to be honest you agreed to paying a little extra to get the vehicle out of the garage due to our rainy weather at pick up. I was trying to keep you dry and keep the car as clean as I could for you with the storm pushing out. The shuttle ride shouldn’t have been a surprise either. That too was communicated. Thank you! 🌵JD

The car was very fun to drive and very clean when I picked it up. The pickup process is relatively simple and straightforward, and it was not a problem that I arrived very late at night. JD was responsive and flexible when I needed to change the timing on my reservation. Thanks!

The host is absolutely amazing, the car was wonderful to drive, there was great responsivity. The issue I have is with the communication and the location of the car. And I was not familiar with the sky parking system so it was difficult for me to pick up and return without very explicit instructions. I highly recommend this Turo!

I appreciate you booking my vehicle Kasey. I’m shocked you’re saying it was difficult to pick up/drop the car. My initial message sent to every guest at the time of the booking lays out instructions how and where to catch the shuttle to the parking garage along with pics of the shuttle. The day of arrival there are even more detailed instructions how to locate it. I do also ask guest to familiarize themselves with these instructions to avoid any delays. Fly safe! See you next AZ trip🌵JD
