The car was very fun to drive and very clean when I picked it up. The pickup process is relatively simple and straightforward, and it was not a problem that I arrived very late at night. JD was responsive and flexible when I needed to change the timing on my reservation. Thanks!

The host is absolutely amazing, the car was wonderful to drive, there was great responsivity. The issue I have is with the communication and the location of the car. And I was not familiar with the sky parking system so it was difficult for me to pick up and return without very explicit instructions. I highly recommend this Turo!

I appreciate you booking my vehicle Kasey. I’m shocked you’re saying it was difficult to pick up/drop the car. My initial message sent to every guest at the time of the booking lays out instructions how and where to catch the shuttle to the parking garage along with pics of the shuttle. The day of arrival there are even more detailed instructions how to locate it. I do also ask guest to familiarize themselves with these instructions to avoid any delays. Fly safe!
