During the course of my trip, the vehicle's check engine light came on. Immediately, I contacted the agency about the issue as it occurred. They promised to come fix the issue, but never showed up. I presented two separate opportunities, where I would be available for them to come take a look with me present. However, both times they did not come out to inspect the vehicle. This was a huge inconvenience as I had to find other ways to get transportation to and from work. It was super disappointing to be in an unfamiliar city and not have reliable transportation. Thankfully, I was able to drop it off at the original location, without anymore issues arising.

The car was in decent driving condition, but the exterior was dirty, there was no windshield washer fluid, and their lockbox hangs off the back of the trunk and can’t be removed.
