The car was clean, exactly as described, and the host was responsive and easy to work with. There was a minor issue with the AC at times, but nothing major and it didn’t affect the trip much. Would definitely book again!

Everything was great, except the AC was not working too well.
We apologize you feel the AC doesn't work, but the truth is there are no issues with the AC. The vehicle is brand new with only 5000 miles. It was simply over 100 degrees today in Phoenix. Its obviously going to take a while to cool down specially after the car has been parked in the sun all day. Team member doubled checked and reassured AC works fine.
