The car was clean and drove amazingly well! My only concern is that the minute I turned it on the dash said “Maintenance Required” and while driving I could feel rattling under my feet. Also, hadn’t noticed when I picked it up but when I got home and parked I noticed that the front right side bumper was coming apart/ falling off. All in all it was my first time renting a vehicle and was a very good experience!

The donut on the car made things a little more scarier for me because I have children and had I known prior to booking I wouldn’t have. Also, the car doesn’t drive smooth it felt as if I was driving a stick shift car or something. Didn’t give safe to drive at all. I hope that if I ever decide to book with your family business again that I have a much better experience.
