Car was fine in great condition, host was responsive via phone/text main thing I did not like that the host was standing right next to the car rushing and watching me pump gas before giving it back even though I returned the car 12 hours early. I changed the trip to end sooner at 11:30pm he made my mom uncomfortable so i let him take the car at 11:20pm. (2 women) we waited 10 minutes in the middle of the night in Philly during a rain storm for the uber to come. Keep in mind the time I’m waiting in the rain is paid for time I’m supposed to still have the car. Very rude and rushy. I’m always used to Turos where there is a secure pick up and drop off location where I leave the car. Rushing someone who already paid full price, for half of the allotted time, and still 10 mins early, is bad customer service. Wouldn’t spend my money with him again.
