Driving this car I did not feel safe the brakes was worn and on the highway the wheel was rubbing against something that made the car make a very loud humming noise. Me and my passenger was very nervous riding in this car. Upon picking up the car was on E no gas and the host was very unapologetic about me informing him about the condition of the vehicle stating very harshly “if I don’t want it I can bring it back” but I had to be in new by 7:00pm and my whole trip would have to be cancelled if I did so! I would not recommend renting from this host and would give 0 stars if I could. Also when picking the car up this host would not give me the lock box code I get key, I told him I did everything I need to to complete check in and told to read instructions I said I did and completed everything I needed to and he replied again for me to read the instructions to complete check out I said already stated I did everything already and ask him what did I not do and what else is it left to complete he said read smh after 15mins of sitting in freezing cold car and making me late he said oh you did do everything and that he didn’t know and gave me code. Terrible experience!!!!
Complete fabrication! For some very odd reason this gentleman was VERY upset that we simply followed Turo policy and had him complete verification before he could start the trip. This apparently made him very upset and submit this very long absolute fabricated review of the vehicle and the overall experience. Renter drove several miles over the daily limit yet he was “nervous” about the car. The car is in perfect road condition and the renter knows it. Nonetheless we appreciate the business!

Simple process overall, clean car and I like the window tints. Drives smooth but slight shaking closer to highway speed. Also the front right turn signal was out. Overall no issues

Host wasn’t responsive at the pick up time. I message and called many times until he responded after 20 minutes and when I had Turo on the line as well. He wasn’t responsive at the drop off time either when we couldn’t find a free spot at the designated parking lot. He replied 11 minutes later when we just had found a spot, asking us to move to another place. When we tried to alert him about the temporary sign at the new spot alerting of a 15 minutes parking or tow, he just gave a dry answer to follow the directions as provided.. The car was okay besides the loud noise. It was able to take us to and back our destination. The whole experience of picking up and dropping off was really stressful and host wasn’t helpful at all. Definitely won’t be booking with them again or recommending to anyone.
