Excellent communication from beginning of Rent All The Way through. Such an ease to extend with this company. In this car was so great on gas!

This was an extremely disappointing experience that impacted my entire trip.

The pickup process was difficult from the start. The vehicle was not easy to locate, and communication with the host was frustrating when I needed assistance.

I rented this vehicle to travel to Atlantic City for a concert on June 20, 2026. After arriving in Atlantic City, I stopped at Wawa. When I returned to the vehicle to leave, I discovered that the right front tire was completely flat. At that point, I was stranded away from home.

I immediately contacted Turo for assistance and spent hours trying to get help. I had also paid for protection coverage and expected support in a situation involving a disabled vehicle. Turo advised that roadside assistance would arrive within approximately 90 minutes. Instead, I waited for hours. After roughly four hours, I was contacted and told someone was outside to assist me, but no one was actually there.

The first assistance provider never showed up. A second provider eventually arrived and discovered there was no usable spare tire available, so the tire could not be changed on-site. However, that provider did not have a tow truck and was unable to transport the vehicle. As a result, yet another service provider had to be arranged, causing additional delays and leaving me stranded for even longer.

Because I was unable to get timely assistance, I was forced to spend the night in the vehicle and missed the concert I had traveled to Atlantic City to attend.

The following morning, I was finally able to have the vehicle towed to a tire shop. I initially believed only the right front tire had failed, but after inspecting the vehicle, the shop informed me that both front tires were in poor condition and needed replacement.

What began as a difficult pickup experience turned into being stranded overnight, missing an event I had paid to attend, spending hours attempting to obtain roadside assistance despite having protection coverage, and discovering serious maintenance issues with the vehicle. In my opinion, the vehicle was not in a condition that should have been rented out, and I hope these safety concerns are addressed before future guests are placed in a similar situation.
