Best service. Best car rental in the Tri State area
CHRISTOPHER •
First time using Turo. The car was nice to drive and air conditioning was cold.😊 I had to uber to and from pickup place. It cost another 100 dollars plus tip. Messages were unanswered until I called. I was then told how to get the key from a lock box. The area of drop off and pick up was undesirable. I feel this information should have been explained before the rental agreement. I was not expecting the additional cost and hassle of getting an Uber.

Car pick up and drop off was too easy for you I guess and was lockbox for take and drop keys nothing was difficult for you I don’t know why you give us 3 star you have to know we not doing delivery and all information you read it before
