From the time I got in the car,the gas pedal felt shaky and messed up but I kept driving thinking maybe bc of the heat or it was sitting. As the door went on,the car wouldn’t start for me around 2/3pm. It started to drag and felt like it didn’t wanna drive. Around 5pm,the car wouldn’t start AGAIN. When host was contacted,he told me to get a jump from someone. The was a major INCONVENIENCE and I had to wait two hours for a tow!! As I write this,I’m STILL waiting for a tow although I’m somewhere safe. This is ridiculous. Host was a little rude in responses to this matter as well. I don’t appreciate the service.
When you contacted us with the issue we did everything we could to help since we weren’t at the location. I also offered the tow right away and paid for it. Unfortunately there is a limited amount of things we can do if the car is not in our shop but we do everything we can to help in every situation. Thank you

Trip started off with a last minute change which was a little inconvenient, however the host was apologetic and offered other options.

This host was absolutely amazing! His communication was top tier and the vehicle is VERY reliable. 20 out of 10!!!
