Great car very reliable

The car itself drove fine and got me where I needed to go, but there were a few issues that impacted my experience. The biggest one was that the radio didn’t work at all during my entire 5-day trip. The Bluetooth was stuck on “please wait” the whole time, and even trying to use an AUX cord didn’t work. When I reached out to the host, they were responsive but mentioned no one was available to assist with fixing it.
There were also some inconveniences at pickup. I had the car reserved for 4:00 PM but didn’t receive it until 4:30 PM. On top of that, I was initially given the wrong car and only found out after I had already moved all my belongings inside, which was frustrating.
Overall, the host was communicative and the car ran fine, but not having a working radio for the entire trip and the pickup issues were disappointing.

Car was great! Pickup was easy! He gave me no problem extending rental a few times!

Would definitely rent again , no complaints no major issues. Only slight problem(s) were the regular headlights weren’t bright enough for night time so I had to use the high beams, & the Aux input wasn’t working. Other than that everything was 10/10😊
