Overall, the experience could’ve been five stars if it was parked where the owner said it was and if the tires were in good condition. It took over 40 min. to locate the vehicle because the owner provided the wrong information. In addition, the tires had a slow leak that I had to inflate daily. This caused a huge inconvenience, and at times additional money because not all gas stations provided free air. I didn’t appreciate the potential safety hazard and stress for pick up (location) and drop off (inflating the tires). For future airport parking, consider the airline the guest is using. This will make it more convenient and a better experience. We flew Delta so parking D would’ve been convenient. Hence, it could’ve spared us some time because we had to walk all the way down to A.
I guess, this is what happens when you try to help and work with the guest. This guest didn't have any info of when she was landing, had to change her pickup timings, day of! so no way could I know which terminal to park in for her convenience. What the guest dont realize is that us, host, use the same garages location all the time. I sent her the same info I send to all other guest with pictures to show, but since this guest didn't manage her timing correctly, she was in a panic and confused.

Sometimes the radio kept disconnecting from my Bluetooth but other than that everything was good.
🙄 its a brand new car, there is nothing wrong with the radio, if you having issues connecting to the Bluetooth either call me or delete some of the old phones from the settings, not a good reason to give 4 stars
