Great host, very responsive and easy to communicate with. The car was clean, exactly as described, and pickup/drop-off was smooth. Would definitely rent again!

The car was postponed twice
The car had multiple problems to where my trip was nearly ruined because of it and not only that the company itself was terrible with communication which didn't make it any better..
The car was not postponed. That’s not true. We informed you right away that the previous vehicle wasn’t returned by the previous guest and unfortunately we can’t do anything about that. We offered you a different vehicle because we didn’t want to to miss your appointment we were in constant communication with you regarding the swap.
