The car was underwhelming and beyond disappointing To be honest. These stars are for service and strictly service. I want to make that very clear. There was no Bluetooth, the charging ports does not work. The speaker's volume barely reaches above voice level. There's a missing vent. When I turned on the air, it smelled like urine. However, the customer service I was as good as it could be. Although I do still feel like I paid too much for a subpar. Vehicle, but they were willing to make it right. And did what they could, even though they themselves, were going through personal troubles, which we all do. I would rent from them again, but definitely not this vehicle.

Easy and fast pickup no issues

Car runs ok but it's been through some things. I would have appreciated a heads up about it because i needed it to travel some distance. Won't likely rent again for that purpose but it's a great vehicle for quick runs around town. Iit was easy enough to find and located in a good safe area.

First time using turo and it was a great experience. Made a last-minute reservation, but the host was friendly and very quick to get the car ready. They provided clear pickup instructions and quick responses. The car does have some minor exterior damage and scratches, but it drives fine and worked great for my trip.
