The host lied to me and said I would be able to pick up and drop off at the airport. I spent over 2 hours talking with them about this. To make things better, he agreed to park the car at the terminal days before the trip and then waited 23.5 hours before my trip to call me and say “I will not bring my car to the terminal… and now that you’re within 24 hours, there is no cancellation. Very unprofessional and quite strategic on his part to change his mind 30 minutes after the cancellation window lapsed. If you are wanting a Turo out of PHL - this host DOES NOT leave the car at the terminal. It is off site and very inconvenient. Wish I could leave 0 stars.
