The pickup process is a little convoluted but Gene’s instructions were spot on, even including a video to guide you through the process. The return process is practically identical and I think therefore less confusing once you’ve gone through it once. The car was clean and had a full tank of gas. A bit of a strange smell to it, but nothing overbearing, not a deal breaker or anything. Overall happy with the rental and would recommend to others.

Didn’t get car I wanted but host and co host kept me updated got me into another car assp communication was great on both ends car was clean and smooth will definitely be renting again soon and again big ups to both host and co host.
