I would have given Drew five stars, but I cannot say the same for Turo. I have used Turo twice in the last several years without issue, but when it came time to use them this time, I had a LOAD of issues because I couldn't use the Turo app from my phone any longer. I tried to do a few benign tasks like uploading my driver's license and checking out after the trip, but in order to do these things I HAD to use the app. For reference, my phone is a few years old and doesn't support the Turo app (or is it the other way around???). The fact that they don't give you any options to use their website for some of their features is insane. I spent hours trying to get help and in some cases, I HAD to use their chat function because I had NO way to communicate with anyone in person.
I will not be using Turo again just because of this fiasco.
However, Drew was extremely helpful in trying to get these issues resolved through customer service, so if you do decide to choose Turo, I would suggest renting through him.
