Pick up was smooth, but the car cut off out of nowhere. The charger port did not work

First of all this is a hybrid vehicle that’s mean it’s normal to cut off the engine and the battery work but the car it’s never cut off at all with you if that’s happened then you should call Turo to tow it to me and that’s didn’t happen with you
So please be more clearly even with me or another host
There is been guests before and after your trip and no one complain
