The pick up was a little confusing, they don’t have their cars on the street. All the vehicles were parked in one garage. The garage was a little cramped so getting out can be precarious if you are not more than a novice driver. This particular car had technical issues. All the instructions on the dash were in Spanish, as well as the automated speaking voice that the car had. I tried to change it to English, but it did not work. After reaching out to the host and explaining that the car was not set to English, nor would it connect to my phone for Bluetooth, they offered to give me an extra day for free but I never got my refund or discount.
All in all if you don’t mind having a silent ride, the car will get you to where you need to go. I wouldn’t suggest road trips. If you are a Spanish speaker, the car will probably work just fine for you. The language barrier was my biggest issue. Dropping the car off was similarly frustrating. As there were several cars parked oddly in the small garage where the car was supposed to be left. It was a cheap option and you do get what you pay for.
