Horrible experience. Key does not match vehicle. It is a replacement key and does not open vehicle once locked. No hub caps vehicle tics as it is started, reserved vehicle at 1pm to 1 pm next day. picked up at 2:30 pm dropped vehicle off at 10:20 pm same day with half tank now being charged for fuel even though we ended trip early due to vehicle not being able to be locked and unlocked properly. Highly wouldn’t recommend

Car was picked up Dirty on the outside...massager seat belt does not work. Hubcaps missing...thr RPMs of the car was very loud . Other than that the car had no other mechanical issues

Great experience! The pickup process was quick and easy, and everything was exactly as described. The car ran smooth and was very reliable. I had zero issues during my trip, which made everything stress-free. The host was responsive and made the whole rental seamless. I would definitely book again and highly recommend.
