Car was not in location originally posted and I had to catch a uber for close too 100 dollars to pick the car up. Had one headlight out.
The location its parked at is shared with a car dealership and that owner was very rude asking me why I was on the property multiple times after I said im picking up a turo. When I went to deliver the car back I had my truck following me and that same foreign owner came out yelling that we are blocking his lot. And to get off the property. I kept saying im trying to drop off turo im trying to check the car in. So I marked the car late due to this. I will not use this location with that angry car lot owner present. I dont want to give you guys a bad review due to that other owner maybe find a new location to post your turo cars
Hi Rodney, I'm sorry your experience wasn't ideal. Our lot is relatively small and unfortunately cannot accommodate an 18-wheeler truck. We've successfully hosted many guests at this location, but this is the first time we've encountered this specific issue.
