This car is definitely a great rental option for local drives or short road trips. The host was responsive, helpful, and checked in throughout the rental period. They also made pickup and drop-off very easy.
This would easily be a 5-star rental; however, the vehicle’s headlights were not in great working condition. I had to use the high beams at night to maintain safe visibility on the road, which created some difficulty with oncoming drivers flashing their lights at me.
This is not meant to bash the host or the vehicle, as the overall experience was very positive. It’s simply a minor issue I’d suggest addressing to ensure the rental continues to be a great experience for future guests.

Car was not in location originally posted and I had to catch a uber for close too 100 dollars to pick the car up. Had one headlight out.
The location its parked at is shared with a car dealership and that owner was very rude asking me why I was on the property multiple times after I said im picking up a turo. When I went to deliver the car back I had my truck following me and that same foreign owner came out yelling that we are blocking his lot. And to get off the property. I kept saying im trying to drop off turo im trying to check the car in. So I marked the car late due to this. I will not use this location with that angry car lot owner present. I dont want to give you guys a bad review due to that other owner maybe find a new location to post your turo cars

Hi Rodney, I'm sorry your experience wasn't ideal. Our lot is relatively small and unfortunately cannot accommodate an 18-wheeler truck. We've successfully hosted many guests at this location, but this is the first time we've encountered this specific issue. We understand your frustration and hope you're able to find a host with a larger parking area that better suits your needs. Thank you for your understanding, and we wish you all the best.
