It wasn’t a great trip. The car had a lot of malfunctions. The description said the car came with Bluetooth, but the Bluetooth did not work. When I reached out to the seller about it they did not respond. They just continued to send me automatic messages asking me to give them five stars.
The battery completely died twice during the trip and I had to call roadside assistance from Turo once. After the battery died the second time, the infotainment system wouldn’t turn on at all.
When I first got to the car the entire car smelled like cigarette smoke, but I had to get to my first work meeting for the day so I just took it. But I was surprised that they would let a car leave the way they did.
Of course I took my own time to clean it once I realized how dirty it was. I completely had a detailed before I brought it back. But I was surprised that they had so many cars parked outside, they obviously have a business, but they wouldn’t bother to clean the cars at all before sending them out to somebody.

I apologize for the mechanical issues. We had no issue before the trip. Unfortunately sometimes cars do start having issues and we fixed them. As for the smoking, we never let a car leave without clearing it from smoking. We don’t allow smoking but unfortunately some guests break the rules and smoke and we did our best to clear it out since the guest also brought the car back very late and didn’t give us much time to get it ready. As for cleaning. We clean all our cars inside and outside.
