The car smelled like marijuana
Elaine it’s unfortunate that Guest do not Honor the No Smoking Turo Policy We do Smoke treatments to Try and eliminate the odor when some guest Violate the Policy and Still Smoke in our vehicles I am truly Sorry it’s an Ongoing issue but we do our best to not have our Guest having to have to Smell those Odors ….

Car smelled like smoke. Suspension is rough.
As you can see Steve We have no smoking sign in our vehicle we do our best to eliminate the odor when people violate the smoking Policy to do Smoke treatments we apologize if there was a lingering smell. I will check suspension but it’s some rough roads in our region …. You are our first 3Star for this vehicle but we strive to give our guest 5Star quality trips..
